We ship pan-India and aim to get your Hustle Nation order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Most customers receive their orders within a week; during festivals or high-demand periods, it may take a little longer.

Average Shipping Times (India Only)

While most orders arrive in 7–10 business days, please allow up to 10–14 business days in certain cases (festive seasons, courier delays, or hard-to-reach areas).

Order Processing

• Dispatch Window: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Peak Periods: During sales, festivals, or very high demand, dispatch may take up to 5–6 business days.

• Made-to-Order: Many Hustle Nation items are printed on demand to ensure fresh, premium quality—this is included in the processing timeline.

Tracking Your Order

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

• Tracking typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

• Status milestones you may see: Order Confirmed → In Production → Dispatched → In-Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

Serviceability & Address Changes

• Pincode Serviceability: If your pincode is non-serviceable or requires extra transit time, we’ll notify you and suggest alternatives.

• Address Corrections: Enter the correct address and phone number at checkout. If you need to edit details, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order—changes may not be possible after packing/dispatch.

Missed / Failed Deliveries

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery 1–3 times. Please keep your phone reachable.

• For COD orders, ensure cash is ready at the time of delivery. Repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation and/or account restrictions for COD.

Packaging & Partial Shipments

• Orders are packed securely to protect your products in transit.

• If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse routing. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by pincode, courier network, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.

• Orders placed during public holidays or national festivals may experience slight delays.

• Hustle Nation is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control—but we’ll always help you track and resolve issues.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

• If your parcel arrives damaged or the item is defective/incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video (outer box, inner packaging, product, and shipping label).

• We’ll assess and guide you through a quick replacement or resolution as per our policy.

Bottom Line

Most Hustle Nation customers receive their orders in about a week. If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days from dispatch, reach out and we’ll investigate with the courier.
