What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods for orders within India:

  • Credit & Debit Cards – All major cards issued in India are supported.

  • UPI – Pay seamlessly using apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM.

  • Net Banking – Pay directly through your bank’s secure portal.

💡 Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available across most pin codes with a ₹50 handling fee (non-refundable).


How secure is my personal information?

At Hustle Nation, your privacy and security are our top priority.

  • We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your payment and personal details during transmission.

  • All payments are processed through trusted, industry-standard providers.

  • We never store your full payment information on our servers after the transaction is completed.

You can shop with confidence knowing that your details are safe with us.


📦 ORDER TRACKING

My tracking number is not working.

Don’t worry — tracking numbers may take 1–3 business days to become active after your order has been dispatched. Please check again after some time.
If it still doesn’t update after 3 days, contact us at support@hustlenation.shop, and we’ll help you.


How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • An SMS or WhatsApp notification (if you provided your number at checkout).


The tracking site says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package yet.

This can happen when courier companies mark packages as delivered once they reach your local hub or just before final delivery.
Here’s what to do:

  1. Wait 1–2 business days — your order often arrives shortly after.

  2. Check with neighbors, building security, or family members.

  3. Contact your local courier office with the tracking ID.

If you still don’t receive the package, reach out to us at support@hustlenation.shop and we’ll investigate.


🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Hustle Nation currently ships only within India.
International shipping options may be added in the future as we grow.


How long does it take for my order to ship out?

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.

  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, dispatch may take up to 5–6 business days.


How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 5–7 business days

  • Other Major Cities & States (Kerala, Gujarat, Punjab, Rajasthan, etc.): 7–10 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 10–14 business days

💡 Most Hustle Nation customers receive their order within a week.


How is my package delivered?

We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure safe delivery. Packages may be delivered:

  • Directly to your doorstep

  • To your building/security guard if you’re unavailable

  • To the nearest courier office in case delivery attempts fail


How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE standard shipping across India.
No hidden costs — the price you see at checkout is final (except for COD handling fee if selected).


From where is my package shipped?

All orders are shipped from our Indian fulfillment centers. This ensures faster processing and delivery times across the country.


🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  1. Email us at support@hustlenation.shop within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue (outer packaging, product, and label).

  3. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.


I entered the wrong shipping address / chose the wrong variant. Can I change it?

  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet (usually within 6–12 hours of placing the order), we can update your details.

  • If your order is already packed or shipped, unfortunately changes are not possible.

Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid issues.


Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Changes can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, Hustle Nation will not be responsible, and refunds will not be issued.

  • All orders are shipped within India only. No customs or international duties apply.

  • Hustle Nation is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events (floods, lockdowns, strikes), or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Always provide a working phone number and complete address to ensure smooth delivery.
