At Hustle Nation, every product is printed on demand and created just for you. We want every order to reflect quality and pride — but in rare cases, issues may occur. This policy explains when refunds, replacements, or cancellations are available.
🛠 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hustlenation.shop.

Attach clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once verified, we will offer either:

A free replacement of the same product, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method.

Claims made after 7 days may not qualify.
🚚 Items Lost in Transit

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time (5–10 business days).

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days past the delivery window, you may request a replacement or full refund.

Orders still in transit but within the delivery window are not eligible for refunds.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind
-
Dislike of design or color

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Hustle Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

In such cases, we will provide tracking details (courier name, date, tracking ID) to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
❌ Order Cancellations
Because all Hustle Nation products are made-to-order:

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After 6 hours, production typically begins and cancellations/refunds are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, email support@hustlenation.shop as soon as possible after placing your order.
💡 Tip: Double-check sizes, designs, and shipping details before confirming your order to avoid cancellation issues.

Refunds and replacements are handled case by case at the discretion of Hustle Nation.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
